• Step 1: Select the correction type (Name or Birthday).

• Step 2: Enter your 14-digit Admission Number correctly.
  ඔබේ ඉලක්කම් 14ක විභාග අංකය නිවැරදිව ඇතුළත් කරන්න.
• Step 3: Type the correct details as per your Passport/NIC.
  හැඳුනුම්පතේ හෝ විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍රයේ පරිදි නිවැරදි විස්තර ඇතුළත් කරන්න.
• Step 4: Upload a clear photo of your NIC/Passport.
  හැඳුනුම්පතේ හෝ විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍රයේ පැහැදිලි ඡායාරූපයක් උඩුගත කරන්න.
• Step 5: Click 'Submit' and wait for the success message.
  'Submit' බොත්තම ඔබා සාර්ථක වූ බව පවසන පණිවිඩය ලැබෙන තෙක් රැඳී සිටින්න.
