Follow these simple steps to complete your registration successfully:

• Visit the official online registration portal Online Application Form
• Make payment after filling out the application.
  අයදුම්පත පිරවීමෙන් පසුව ගෙවීම් සිදු කරන්න.
• You can obtain the application by entering your valid email address.
  ඔබගේ නිවරදි ඊමේල් ලිපිනය ඇතුලත් කර අයදුම්පත ලබාගත හැකිය.
• Choose a date and time that suits you for the exam.
  විභාගය සදහා ඔබට හැකි දිනයක් සහ වෙලාවක් තොරාගන්න
• Fill out your personal details and select your target level.
  ඔබේ පුද්ගලික තොරතුරු පුරවා ඔබේ ඉලක්ක මට්ටම නිවරදිව තෝරන්න.
• Fill out your Full name as your Passport.
  ඔබගේ විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍රය ලෙස ඔබගේ සම්පූර්ණ නම පුරවන්න.

Use the following bank details to complete your registration payment.

• Account Details : ගිණුම් විස්තර මෙතනින් ලබාගනන.

• Method : Pay the exact fee amount via Cash Deposit (CDM) or Bank Counter.
  

  Please do not use online transfer methods or third-party transfers.

  කරුණාකර මාර්ගගත මාරු කිරීමේ ක්‍රම හෝ තෙවන පාර්ශවීය මාරු කිරීම් භාවිතා නොකරන්න.
• Payment Receipt Reference : Please enter your NIC number or full name as the payment reference when making the payment. If the Examinee Number is not included in the reference, kindly write your Examinee Number clearly on the payment receipt using a pen.
  ගෙවීම සිදු කරන විට කරුණාකර ඔබගේ විභාග අංකය හෝ සම්පූර්ණ නම ගෙවීම් යොමුව ලෙස ඇතුළත් කරන්න. විභාග අංකය යොමුවේ ඇතුළත් කර නොමැති නම්, කරුණාකර පෑනක් භාවිතා කර ගෙවීම් කුවිතාන්සියේ ඔබේ ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත් අංකය පැහැදිලිව ලියන්න.
• Fill out the application, make your payment within 2 days, and upload the payment slip to the form below.
  අයදුම්පත පුරවා දින 2 ක් ඇතුලත ඔබගේ ගෙවිම් සිදු කොට ගෙවිම් පත්‍රිකාව පහත පෝරමයට උඩුගත කරන්න.
• Make sure to keep your payment slip with you until the exam is over.
  විභාගය අවසන් වන තුරු ඔබගේ ගෙවීම් පත්‍රිකාව ලග තබා ගැනීමට වගබලාගන්න.
• Deposited money cannot be refunded.
  තැන්පත් කල මුදල් නැවත ලබාගත නොහැක.

Must be bring on the test date :

• A copy of the QR code you received with the email message.
  ඊමේල් පණිවිඩය සමග ඔබට ලැබුණු QR කේතයේ පිටපත.
• National Identity Card or Foreign Passport
  ජාතික හැදුනුම්පත හෝ විදේශ්ස් ගමන් බලපත්‍රය.
• Your facial image will be captured at the examination center on the day you appear for the exam.

ඔබගේ මුහුණු චායාරූපය විභාගයට පැමිනෙන දිනයේදි ව්භාග මධ්‍යස්තානයේදි ග්‍රහණය කරගනු ලබයි.

Automated systems manage verification and dispatch upon successful form submission:

• Application Submitted Mail: Please note that after completing the application, you will receive an email within 2-3 days of registration confirming that the application has been received.
  අයදුම්පත පිරවූ පසු අයදුම්පත ලැබි ඇති බවට අදලා ඊමෙල් පණිවිඩය්ක් ඔබට පැමිණෙන බව සලකන්න.
• Payment Confirmation Mail: Please note that you will receive a confirmation email after your payment and supporting documents have been verified. (This email will contain your exam details, exam center details, QR code, exam number and password)
  ඔබගේ ගෙවීම් සහ අදල ලියකිවිලි පරීක්ශා කොට තහවුරු කිරීමේ ලිපියක් ඔබට පැමිනෙන බව සලකන්න. ( මෙම ඊමෙල් පණිවිඩිය ඇතුලත ඔබගේ විභාග විස්තර, විභාග මධ්‍යස්තාන විස්තර, QR කෙතය, විභාග අංකය සහ ර්හස් අංකය )
