Japanese Language Paper Based NAT-TEST

Follow these simple steps to complete your registration successfully:

• Visit the official online registration portal Online Application Form
• You must fill out the application form after making payment.
  ගෙවීම් කිරීමෙන් පසු අයදුම්පත පුරවා ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.
• Fill out your personal details and select your target level.
  ඔබේ පුද්ගලික තොරතුරු පුරවා ඔබේ ඉලක්ක මට්ටම නිවරදිව තෝරන්න.
• Fill out your Full name as your Passport.
  ඔබගේ විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍රය ලෙස ඔබගේ සම්පූර්ණ නම පුරවන්න.
• Upload clear digital copies of required identification documents & Payment Receipt.
  අවශ්‍ය හැඳුනුම්පත් ලේඛනවල සහ ගෙවීම් කුවිතාන්සියේ පැහැදිලි ඩිජිටල් පිටපත් උඩුගත කරන්න.

Use the following bank details to complete your registration payment.

• Account Details : ගිණුම් විස්තර මෙතනින් ලබාගනන.

• Method : Pay the exact fee amount via Cash Deposit (CDM) or Bank Counter.
  

  Please do not use online transfer methods or third-party transfers.

  කරුණාකර මාර්ගගත මාරු කිරීමේ ක්‍රම හෝ තෙවන පාර්ශවීය මාරු කිරීම් භාවිතා නොකරන්න.
• Payment Receipt Reference : Please enter your NIC number or full name as the payment reference when making the payment. If the NIC number is not included in the reference, kindly write your NIC number clearly on the payment receipt using a pen.
  ගෙවීම සිදු කරන විට කරුණාකර ඔබගේ ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත් අංකය හෝ සම්පූර්ණ නම ගෙවීම් යොමුව ලෙස ඇතුළත් කරන්න. ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත් අංකය යොමුවේ ඇතුළත් කර නොමැති නම්, කරුණාකර පෑනක් භාවිතා කර ගෙවීම් කුවිතාන්සියේ ඔබේ ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත් අංකය පැහැදිලිව ලියන්න.
• Please do not deposit money until the registration begins.
  කරුණාකර අයදුම් කිරීම විවෘත වන තෙක් මුදල් තැන්පත් නොකරන්න.
• Make sure to keep your payment slip with you until the exam is over.
  විභාගය අවසන් වන තුරු ඔබගේ ගෙවීම් පත්‍රිකාව ලග තබා ගැනීමට වගබලාගන්න.
• Deposited money cannot be refunded.
  තැන්පත් කල මුදල් නැවත ලබාගත නොහැක.

Ensure you have soft copies ready before starting your submission:

• Valid National Identity Card (NIC) or Passport.
  ජාතික හැදුනුම්පත හෝ විදේශ්ස් ගමන් බලපතේ චායා රූපයක්.
• Recent passport-size color photograph with a clear background without wearing glasses.
  කණ්නාඩි පැළඳීමෙන් තොරව පැහැදිලි පසුබිමක් සහිත මෑත කාලීන විදේශ ගමන් බලපත්‍ර ප්‍රමාණයේ වර්ණ ඡායාරූපයක්.
• Payment Receipts
  මුදල් ගෙවූ රිසිපතෙහි චායරූපයක් හෝ ස්කෑන් කල පිටපතක්.
Important Notice:Take a scan or photocopy of the above documents and upload them to the relevant areas at that location.
ඉහත සාදහන් ලියකිවිලි ස්කෑන්පිටපතක් ලෙස් හෝ චායාරුප ලෙස ගෙන අයදුම්පතෙහි අදාල තැන් වලට උඩුගත කරන්න.

Automated systems manage verification and dispatch upon successful form submission:

• Application Submitted Mail: Please note that after completing the application, you will receive an email within 2-3 days of registration confirming that the application has been received.
  අයදුම්පත පිරවූ පසු අයදුම්පත ලැබි ඇති බවට අදලා ඊමෙල් පණිවිඩය්ක් ඔබ ලියාපදිංචි දවස් 2-3 ඇතුළත පැමිණෙන බව සලකන්න.
• Admission Card Download Mail: Please note that you will receive a confirmation email about a week after your registration, confirming that your payment and supporting documents have been verified. (This email will also include a link to download your application.)
  ඔබගේ ගෙවීම් සහ අදල ලියකිවිලි පරීක්ශා කොට තහවුරු කිරීමේ ලිපියක් ඔබ ලියාපදිංචි වී සතියකට පසු පැමිනෙන බව සලකන්න. ( මෙම ඊමෙල් පණිවිඩිය ඇතුලත ඔබගෙ අයදුම්පත් බාගත කරගැනීමෙ සබැදියද ඇතුලත්ව ඇත. )
