One week before your exam date, the exam admission can be obtained through this web page.
You can download the exam admission and exam schedule using the National ID number or passport number that you used while filling the application.
Please note that the results will be released within 15-20 days from the exam date and the website mentions only the exam number of the students who passed the exam.
As all the students who face the exam will get a result document, the result document can be downloaded from our website within three weeks after the release of the results. Once we receive the results, you will be informed by a text message.
As certificates are issued only to students who have passed the exam, only students who have cleared the NAT exam can come to the office to take their certificate.
Please note that you must come to the office to collect the certificate and bring your National Identity Card/Passport or Driving License and your exam number.

About the test
The Japanese Language NAT-TEST is an examination that measures the Japanese language ability of students who are not native Japanese speakers. The tests are separated by difficulty (five levels) and general ability is measured in three categories: Grammar/Vocabulary, Listening and Reading Comprehension. The format of the exam and the types of questions are equivalent to those that appear on the Japanese Language Ability Test (JLPT).
We will provide an institution score report to the immigration Bureau of Japan to Provide that you have passed the test for the purpose of a visa application. The institution score report will only be sent to applicable universities, colleges, vocational school and japanese language schools Located in Japan Please contact your school and ask for applying for your institution score report.
